Treco Handel B.V. / Ski-Wax.nl cares deeply about your privacy. Web Shop Software

OpenCart Our web shop was developed using OpenCart software, and we have chosen Synology for our web hosting. Personal data that you make available to us for the benefit of our services is shared with this party. OpenCart has access to your data to provide us with (technical) support; they will never use your data for any other purpose. Based on the agreement we have concluded with them, OpenCart is obliged to take appropriate security measures, including SSL encryption and a strong password policy. Regular backups are made to prevent data loss.

E-mail and Mailing Lists

MailChimp We send our e-mail newsletters via MailChimp. MailChimp will never use your name and e-mail address for its own purposes. At the bottom of every e-mail sent automatically via our website, you will see the 'unsubscribe' link. You will then no longer receive our newsletter. Your personal data is stored securely by MailChimp. MailChimp uses cookies and other internet technologies that provide insight into whether e-mails are opened and read. Payment Processors

Mollie For handling (part of) the payments in our web shop, we use the Mollie platform. Mollie processes your name, address, and residence details, and your payment details such as your bank account or credit card number. Mollie has taken appropriate technical and organizational measures to protect your personal data. Mollie reserves the right to use your data to further improve the service and, in that context, share (anonymized) data with third parties. All the safeguards mentioned above regarding the protection of your personal data also apply to the parts of Mollie's services for which they engage third parties. Mollie does not store your data longer than permitted by legal periods.

Reviews

WebwinkelKeur We collect reviews via the WebwinkelKeur platform. If you leave a review via WebwinkelKeur, you are required to provide a name and e-mail address. WebwinkelKeur shares this data with us so that we can link the review to your order. WebwinkelKeur also publishes your name on its own website. In some cases, WebwinkelKeur may contact you to provide an explanation of your review. If we invite you to leave a review, we share your name and e-mail address with WebwinkelKeur. Shipping and Logistics

PostNL When you place an order with us, it is our job to have your package delivered to you. We use the services of PostNL to carry out the deliveries. DHL We also use the services of DHL for deliveries. It is necessary that we share your name, address, and residence details with DHL. Invoicing and Accounting

Exact For our administration and bookkeeping, we use the services of Exact. We share your name, address, and residence details and details regarding your order.
